Q: Who can activate the US Data plans?A:
The US Data plans are for Prepaid customers ONLY.

Q: How can a prepaid customer activate a US data plan?A:
Customers can activate the US data plans by dialing *203# and following the USSD prompts.

Q: Do I have to activate the plan before I leave the Bahamas?A:
No. The plan can be activated in the Bahamas or in the United States.

Q: Where can I use the US Data plans?A:
The US data plans are only eligible for travel to the United States of America.

Q: Is Voice and SMS included in these plan?A:
No, however customers travelling to the USA receive FREE incoming calls and a low call home rate of .25c/min.

Q: Will my data roll over?A:
Yes. Once another US data plan is activated before the current plan expires, the data allowance from the existing plan will roll over into the New plan.

April 20th, 2018

Q: What will happen after all the data within my bundle is completed?A:
You will be charged at "Pay-Go" rates if another US data plan is not activated. The Pay-Go rate is $0.15/Mb

No, the price is not VAT inclusive.
