Q: How long will the promotion last?A:
The promotion will start November 11th, 2016. Presently, there is no end date for this promotion.

Q: How will I be charged for in-bundle usage?A:
Once you purchase any of the Prepaid bundled plans, all of your calls IN THE BUNDLE will be billed at per second Rate.

You will be charged at a per minute Rate.

Q: What happen if my Prepaid Bundle minutes is completed before my bundle plan expired?A:
Customers can reactivate a new prepaid bundle. If a new bundle is not activated you will be charged from your core balance.

Q: Can I use my in plan minutes while Roaming?A:
No. While roaming, customers are not allowed to use in plan minutes, data or sms’ allowances.

Q: Would my minutes in the Prepaid bundle rollover if unused?A:
Prepaid bundle allowances do not rollover. Once the bundle have expired all unused allowances will expire.

Q: How will I know when my Bundle plan expire?A:
Customers can dial *201# to verify the expiration date.

Q: What happens if I activate a new bundle before my old bundle expire?A:
Applying for a new prepaid bundle would overwrite an existing prepaid bundle.

Q: What happens if I complete my prepaid bundle before expiration?A:
If a customer depletes their prepaid bundle prior to expiration, the customer will be billed per minute at the normal call rates.

Customers will be charged at the Normal rate of $0.15 or $0.05

Q: What if I have minutes in both my core balance and my Prepaid bundle?A:
All in plan Voice, Data and SMS will be depleted first before the customer is charged from the core balance.

Q: What happens to my existing data plan if I purchase a Prepaid bundle?A:
If a customer has an existing data plan and subscribes to one of the Prepaid bundles, their existing data plan will not be deleted. A customer will be allowed to have a standalone data plan and prepaid bundle simultaneously.

Q: Will my Prepaid Bundle plan be automatically renewed?A:
No, your prepaid bundle will not be renewed automatically.

Q: Will I be notify when I have completed the usage for Voice, SMS and Data in my prepaid bundle?A:
1.Customers will receive a sms once they have consumed 100% of their bundle allowancefor Voice and SMS.
2.Customer will receive a sms once they have consumed 75% & 100% of their bundle allowance for Data. -
Q: What is considered cross-net minutes?A:
Cross net minutes are minutes included your plan to make call to other carriers.
