There are several things that you can do to try to fix the fault for yourself. These easy steps should get you back up and running quickly.
a. Check line for dial tone.
b. Ensure all lines are filtered.
c. Make sure bill is up to date.
d. Ensure there are no outstanding reported faults on your telephone line.
e. Power cycle your modem – To do this please unplug your modem from the mains. The power light should go green. The Internet Light flashes until solid green.
