Q: What is Flow To Go?A:
Flow To Go is an innovative mobile application designed to enhance a customer’s entertainment experience by providing the ability to watch popular Live TV channels and access specialized programming all from their smartphone or table over WIFI or BTC’s data network.
Q: How do I get Flow to Go?A:
You will be sent a blast SMS which will include the URL from which you will download the app and register for a Flow ID or you can download the app from the Android PlayStore or App Store.
Step 1: Sign into www.flowid.co
Step 2: Go To Services
Step 3: Link Account
Step 4: Under “Link using your account number”. Select Bahamas and Enter your Home Account number
Step 5: Enter your last bill amount (This bill amount will be the current month bill amount and not the balance of the bill) :– If your current bill amount is a credit enter (-) before the amount
Step 6: Select Link
Step 7: Go to the Flow ToGo tab (Under Services), Click the Settings Icon and change the account to your desire.
Q: What If I don't have Flow TV at home?A:
That’s okay you will still be able to get Flow To Go once you have a data plan, download the app and create your Flow Id.
Q: What if I have Flow TV at home?A:
If you do have Flow TV at home already you will now have 2 flow accounts. And you will also get 21 additional channels totaling 40+ if you Flow TV at home.
Q: Do I have to have a Data plan?A:
Yes! You need to have an existing data plan to download the app, sign up for the app and access Flow To GO TV. This product is only accessible over a Data network or WIFI.
Q: I didn't get the Blast SMS that has the TV link?A:
You can go to the Play Store or the Apple app store and download Flow to go from there.
Q: How much channels do I get with the Flow To Go mobile TV app?A:
Customers that do not have Flow TV at home will have access to 17 channels. Customer that do have Flow TV at home will be able to link their account and get up to 41 channels.
Q: Do I need an email address to sign up for Flow TV?A:
Yes! For verification purposes you will need an email address. Also, a code that is required to complete the registration, will also be sent via your email address.
Q: Can I delete my Flow To Go TV Account?A:
Yes! This app works just like any other app that you’ve downloaded. You can delete the app at any time. This will not interfere with your Flow TV services at home if you have it.
Q: What if I don't have data on my phone?A:
You will not be able to connect/access Flow to go TV services without an active data plan.
Q: Does my number have to be registered?A:
Active prepaid, post or flow TV subscribers only.
Q: What if my device is stolen?A:
You can call/visit BTC and your account will be put in fraud-lock out until you can replace your sim card.
Q: Can I use my Flow To Go when I go away?A:
Yes! Flow To Go will work once its connected to WIFI or a data network anywhere in the world.
