How to Change your Landline, Internet, or Mobile Packages

In order to change your current Internet, Landline or Mobile Package please come into a retail location and bring:

  • A form of Government issued identification
  • Passport
  • National Insurance Number
  • Driver's License
  • Certificate of Identification
  • Voters Card
